Massage Therapy

Massage therapy treatments are provided by a registered massage therapist. Available in 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute sessions.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage therapy during pregnancy is a fantastic choice for prenatal care. Use of a specially designed pregnancy support cushion allows mom-to-be to comfortably lay in a face down position. Side lying positioning with supportive, soft cushions can be used as well. Massage helps to relieve many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a type of massage that uses smooth heated stones that the therapist places on your body, as well as in his or her hands to massage the body. Hot stone massage is deeply relaxing, and the heat from the stones allows your therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively. 60 & 90 minute session

Indie Head Massage

Indie head massage originated from Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine. It is a form of relaxation massage that focuses on the face, head , neck and upper arms. She is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario and an active member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario.
